All Online Forms are in DOC or PDF format. You will need Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to see them. They are also available at the Maria Regina School Office. Please call ahead of time to ensure the office will be open and available to you to answer any questions you may have about the enrollment process.
