Maria Regina School like all other Archdiocesan schools has extended the school year from 180 days to 200 instructional days.  This change will begin for the 2011-2012 school year. The increase in days will result in increased expenses. Therefore, an increase of $25 monthly is added to cover the extended days.

Maria Regina School is committed to providing a quality Catholic education to all students.  Scholarships are made available through the Archdiocese Catholic Education Foundation and Children’s Scholarship Foundation.

**Pastor’s Tuition Grant for Registered Catholic School Families: $500

To qualify for the $500 tuition grant, you must be a catholic family who is registered and supports Maria Regina Parish. Parishioners should regularly attend mass and contributes to the yearly offertory program by giving a minimum of $900 a year to the parish.  Families must be active in the life of the parish.  The rectory will determine who qualifies for this tuition grant.  In order to obtain this grant, the school must receive a letter from the rectory verifying that the Catholic family has met the above condition. This letter must be given to the school by the time FACT payment is set up for the next school year.  No adjustments to tuition will be made after tuition forms are sent to FACT.  If a family already receives some other form of tuition assistance, (LA Archdiocese Tuition Assistance Program or the Children’s Scholarship Fund), that family may not receive the Pastor’s Tuition Grant.
